Strict Exclusions

Terms & Conditions

1. The "No-Frills" Scope of Service

DIY Requirement: We provide the Muscles (crew) and the Truck. We do not provide packing, unpacking, or cleaning services. We do not handle high-value or fragile items.

Readiness: Items must be fully packed, taped, and ready for transport before the team arrives.

Dismantling & Assembly: We do not dismantle or assemble furniture. If this is required, please consider our premium brand, CYC Movers.

Permits: We do not assist with MCST permits or deposits. This remains the client’s responsibility.

2. Time Slots & Punctuality

Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is provided. If items are not ready or the customer is absent, a Wait Fee of $40 per 30 minutes applies.

Right to Leave: If delays exceed 60 minutes, the team reserves the right to leave for the next booking. Cancellation charges will apply.

3. Pricing & Adjustments

We deliver what is booked. If the volume, manpower, or hours booked are insufficient, or if stair-carry is required, additional charges based on the TMTC Price Matrix will apply. These must be settled on-site before the truck departs.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Refer to the TMTC Postponement and Cancellation Fee Matrix. Postponement fee waivers require the new date to be within 30 days of the original booking. Otherwise, cancellation fees apply.

 

5. Insurance & Liability

Limited Liability: Coverage is capped at $50 per booking for non-existing physical damage directly caused by our crew. Damage must be reported prior to the crew leaving the site.

Exclusions: We are not liable for client-packed items (e.g., breakables in unpadded boxes) or internal electronic/mechanical derangement unless visible external damage exists.

High-value items (cash, jewelry, luxury bags) should be transported personally by the customer.

6. Safety & Restrictions

7. Force Majeure

TMTC is relieved of obligations in events of Acts of God, riots, strikes, pandemics, or government lockdowns. In such cases, fees paid will be refunded in full.

 

8. Agreement

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. By booking our services, you agree to the TMTC T&Cs.
